If you require extensive dental services we will try to estimate the cost of your treatment and what share your insurance, if you have it, is likely to cover. Regardless of your insurance, you are responsible for paying your bill. We add an 18 percent per year service charge to balances remaining after 30 days. We do not accept Medicaid or the Illinois Public Aid card.
