Dr. Jessica Dean grew up in Burbank, Illinois, and always loved science and art. Before becoming a dentist, she worked in labs, helped fire departments as an EMT, and even studied bugs and soap! She discovered that dentistry was the perfect way to use both science and creativity to help people feel good about their smiles. She earned her degree in Biology from Illinois State University and became a dentist at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Dean takes care of patients of all ages and welcomes everyone—including those with special needs. She’s known for being gentle, friendly, and really listening to her patients. When she’s not working, you might find her hiking with her kids, painting, making music on her ukulele, or creating stained glass art. She also loves animals, gardening, and traveling. A fun fact? She stays active by rock climbing! Dr. Dean’s goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and part of the dental family.
