We work with more than 150 different insurance plans, and we charge all patients the same fees for the same procedures, regardless of their coverage. We always do our best to estimate the expected cost of your dental treatments and estimate what your insurance will pay. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for all fees, regardless of insurance coverage. We do charge an 18 percent per year service charge on any balance remaining after 30 days. We do not accept Illinois Public Aid or Medicaid.
