We work with more than 150 different insurance plans, and all patients are charged the same fees for the same procedures regardless of their coverage. Our staff will do our best to estimate the expected cost of your treatment and what portion we expect your insurance will cover. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all fees, regardless of your insurance coverage. We charge an 18 percent per year service charge on any balance remaining after 30 days. The Illinois Public Aid card or Medicaid are not accepted.
