We do not require you to have dental insurance to receive any services, including restorative dentistry. However, because we accept more than 150 different plans, we probably accept yours. We charge the same for all our dental services regardless of whether you have insurance. Should you need major dental work, we will try to estimate the cost of your treatment. If you do have dental insurance, we estimate what share your insurer is likely to cover. Regardless, your bill is your responsibility, and we add an 18 percent per year service charge to balances remaining after 30 days. We do not accept Medicaid or the Illinois Public Aid card.
