If you require extensive dental services, we will do everything possible to estimate for you the cost of your dental treatments. Should you have dental insurance, we will provide the best estimate we can as to what portion we expect it to cover. However, regardless of what your insurance covers, you are responsible for all fees. If you have a balance after 30 days, we do charge an 18 percent per year service charge. We do not accept Medicaid or the Illinois Public Aid card. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your bill, which is why we now have an easy-to-use online payment portal.
