We do our best to make paying your bill easy and convenient. We work with more than 150 different insurance plans. All patients are charged the same fees for the same procedures regardless of their coverage. For extensive treatments, we do our best to estimate the expected cost and what portion we expect your insurance will cover. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all fees, regardless of your insurance coverage. We charge an 18 percent per year service charge on any balance remaining after 30 days. We do not accept the Illinois Public Aid card or Medicaid.
