We do not require our patients to have dental insurance. We charge the same for all our services whether you do or do not have insurance. If you expect to require extensive dental services, talk to us and we will do our best to provide an estimate of the cost of your treatment. If you do have insurance, we can provide an estimate of what share of the cost your insurance is likely to cover. With or without insurance, you are responsible for paying your bill. If a balance remains after 30 days, we add an 18 percent per year service charge. We do not accept Medicaid or the Illinois Public Aid card.
