Steven Mahany, DMD
Dr. Mahany caters to patients young and old with his fun, gentle manner and extensive dental knowledge. He makes it easy for patients to ask questions and they are confident in the response they receive and the care they are given from this Peoria native.
Dr. Mahany received his Biology degree with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1977. He then attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1980.
Later that year, Dr. Mahany returned to the Peoria area and began his practice at Associates in Dentistry. By 1983, he was a partner in the business working out of our Peoria Family Dental Center. To this day, Dr. Mahany continues to work out of our Peoria office practicing all aspects of general dentistry. He is also involved in the local dental society where he has served as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Peer Review Committee, Career Advisor and Children’s Health Volunteer.
When Dr. Mahany isn’t at the office, he and his wife Sue can be found showing dogs, golfing and bicycling.

- Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon (once/month)
